Archer, a global technology firm, was setting up a new corporate facility in Bangalore with the vision of enabling high-quality collaboration across teams, both in-person and remote.

The goal was to ensure frictionless communication, wireless content sharing, and modern AV experiences for meeting rooms of all sizes — from huddle spaces to large training zones.
The scope included multiple small and medium meeting rooms, boardroom, multi-purpose hall, cafeteria-cum-townhall, open collab spaces and corporate communication in open office areas.
These rooms were equipped with native Zoom Room setups using a combination of Neat Bar and Neat Bar Pro depending on room size. Each room featured a wall-mounted display and a Zoom Room Controller on the table for easy meeting access. Wireless content sharing was enabled through Miracast and AirPlay, ensuring quick, cable-free presentations.
This area was designed for casual teamwork and quick discussions. A Neat Board was deployed to offer an all-in-one Zoom Room solution with integrated mic, camera, speakers, and touch screen. The setup allowed seamless wireless presentation and video conferencing without any peripheral devices, making it ideal for impromptu huddles.
A more dynamic space, this room was configured with a dual-display Zoom Room setup powered by the Neat Bar Pro. It also featured the Shure MXA902 ceiling microphone to deliver focused audio capture in both combined and individual room modes. Wireless sharing was supported through Miracast and AirPlay, and the setup was tailored to switch between single or combined use depending on the event type.
Built for larger sessions and flexible usage, this space supported BYoD connectivity, digital signage, and local presentation features. A ceiling-mounted camera enabled live presenter capture, while handheld and lapel microphones ensured voice clarity. Integrated ceiling loudspeakers provided balanced audio throughout the room, supporting interactive training and company-wide announcements.
The AV integration at Archer’s Bangalore office resulted in a cohesive and professional experience across all spaces.
