With a growing footprint in India, the company aimed to elevate its Bangalore office into a hybrid-ready, collaboration-centric workspace that aligned with its progressive global culture.
The goal was to implement a Zoom-powered audio-visual ecosystem across all key spaces—meeting rooms, boardroom, townhall, and cafeteria—ensuring effortless usability, technological consistency, and a scalable foundation for future collaboration and communication needs.
These essential collaboration spaces were outfitted with 55-inch 4K UHD LG displays for crisp visuals. For high-quality video conferencing, Logitech Meetup video bars were deployed, known for their wide field of view and integrated audio. The core of the Zoom Rooms functionality was powered by Apple Mac Minis, with intuitive meeting control handled by iPad Zoom controllers. The 6-pax room was further enhanced with a Logitech Mic Pod to ensure extended voice pickup and superior audio clarity for all participants.
This mid-sized conference room was designed for immersive presentations and robust video calls. It features dual 65-inch 4K UHD LG displays, creating an expansive visual canvas. A Logitech Meetup paired with a Logitech Mic Pod delivered exceptional video and audio performance for hybrid meetings. Like the smaller rooms, its Zoom Room capabilities were driven by a Mac Mini and managed effortlessly via an iPad controller.
The centerpiece for leadership discussions and critical hybrid engagements, the boardroom boasts dual 75-inch UHD displays for a truly immersive experience. A Logitech Rally Kit Plus, including a high-performance camera, speakers, and the essential Logitech Rally Mic Pod, provided premium audio-visual conferencing. The entire setup runs seamlessly as a Zoom Room on a dedicated Mac Mini, with comprehensive, intuitive control via an iPad, offering one-touch access to meetings and presentations.
For large-scale team communications, all-hands meetings, and dynamic events, a commanding 106-inch projector screen paired with a powerful 3500-lumen projector was installed. An Extron wireless presentation gateway enables flexible content sharing from any device. Dedicated microphones and a camera ensure that this space supports dynamic presentations, high-quality remote viewing, and engaging in-person participation.
This versatile social area was integrated into the communication network. A 55-inch 4K LG display runs Zoom Digital Signage via a Mac Mini, transforming the space into a dynamic internal broadcast zone. This system efficiently displays announcements, company updates, and key internal communications throughout the day without requiring additional hardware or manual intervention.
Designed for flexible teamwork and impromptu discussions, this area is equipped with a 55-inch 4K UHD LG display providing crisp visual clarity. Integrated with a Logitech Meetup video bar, this space facilitates quick, high-quality video conferencing and collaboration, making it ideal for immediate huddles and spontaneous content sharing within the Zoom Rooms ecosystem.
