A key aspect of the integration is the Integrated Dashboard, helping facility managers to view all different aspects of the building such as Energy consumption, Indoor Air Quality levels, Occupancy etc. on a single platform and have a bird’s eye view of the campus.
Real-time dashboard providing comprehensive visibility into energy consumption (kWh, billing) across all levels (facility, building, service). Includes automated anomaly detection with alerts, occupancy-based power analysis, historical trends, power density tracking for green compliance, and carbon emission savings analysis. Monitors IAQ, lighting, and temperature for occupant well-being, and alerts for the facility team.
Employs BLE mesh-based desk occupancy sensors for real-time presence detection. Enables efficient workspace management, space utilization heatmaps, and desk utilization index analysis for optimal space allocation across ten different teams spread across 4 floors.
No Camera Sensor, Completely Wireless, Upto 98% Accuracy
Supports various visitor initiation modes (employee, kiosk, pre-registration) with touchless check-in via QR codes for a seamless and secure guest experience.
